​Jason is a Michigan local with decades of experience in the game of golf and a passion for teaching others to build and refine their golf skills. He attended Schoolcraft High School where he qualified in the MHSAA golf state finals. He continued playing golf while at KVCC and pursued the Professional Golf Management (PGM) Program at Ferris State University.

Jason spent time in Florida where he worked as an assistant golf professional, specializing in junior golf development. He then continued to develop youth golf skills as a lead coach for First Tee of West Michigan.
